Learn how to create engaging hands-on breakout activities with a digital component that can be used with any subject or grade level. Join us for this fun and collaborative activity to solve a mystery, discover how this technique has been successfully implemented in a high school forensics course, and learn how to create your own activity for the classroom. Utilizing Google Forms and analysing evidence left behind at the scene, attendees will race to piece together clues and complete activities, ultimately solving the mystery. With the popularity of shows like CSI, NCIS, Bones, and Dexter, forensic science is the new "hot topic" high school course. See how technology and Google Forms have been integrated to help students review and apply content knowledge throughout the course. No previous experience with forensic science, Google Forms, or specific grade-level teaching is required to participate in this engaging activity.
