Come play with Sphero robots! You'll see how easily they connect with Chromebooks, and we'll share how we used them to enhance traditional literacy and library instruction. After all, robotics and literacy are a perfect makerspace match, and even our most reluctant readers can't help but connect with books and other literacy activities when robot design challenges encourage discovery and creation. We'll show how Spheros livened up a folktale/fairy tale unit and even make some time to brainstorm other possibilities. Paul Revere's Ride, anyone?
